My name is Sara Chen, and I am extremely honored to serve as Taiwanese American Organization's President here at the University of Southern California and privileged to work closely with each executive board to further the goals of our organization, all while upholding the values of TAO.

It feels like just yesterday I was making the most meaningful decision I've made during my time at USC when I chose to become a part of TAO. I had no idea that being part of TAO would provide me with boundless opportunities, unforgettable memories, and the truest of friendships, but now I couldn't imagine college or my life without it! TAO is more than just a four-year experience; it is a lifelong friendship that I will steadfastly hold dear to my heart long after graduation.

As President, I whole-heartedly will serve TAO to further advance our vision and goals, and build upon the accomplishments and progress that we have attained in the last 21 years. with that said, I want to personally thank you for your interests in our organization. I encourage you to start off your academic year with TAO and experience what our organizaiton has to add to your years here at USC. As you will see throughout our site, TAO is made up of fun, loving, and dedicated people who aspire to grow in passion and knowledge of the Taiwanese culture.

I encourage you to reach out to current TAO executive boards and members to see all the unique opporunities our organization has to offer. From Trojan Football games to packing for food drives to going out together to eat, TAO is always having the best time! I hope that you can see why I call this place my home, and why you should call TAO your home too.
